PMS

The Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) makes it very easy for users to record work that is located in several different areas. With this application, users can publish tasks and monitor the progress of the task by simply accessing the application from a computer or mobile phone.

There's no need to worry about the task not being followed up, because every published task will be displayed on the PMS dashboard with an “open” status which means the task has not been followed up, “progress” means the task is being followed up, and “close” means the task has been followed up.

Dashboard

The dashboard presents various data including task data ranging from open to closed and expired tasks, monthly task close percentage data, best regional data, top ten region data for submitting tasks, and top ten region data for expired tasks.

Task

Task displays a list of all tasks accompanied by detailed information on each task and task history from submit to close.

Master Data

The master data presents various data including task type (daily, weekly, monthly, semi annual or annual), task header, program, and some sensor data like measturement, meter read, receiver category, sensor, Transmission and other.

Report

Report displays a list of task reports that can be filtered according to user needs, based on time task ID, date, task name, task type, task status, and task location. Reports of each task can also be downloaded to the user's device.

This feature provides information to the user regarding the total number of tasks from open to closed and expired. report submission, and approval status data.

Task

This feature displays a list of all tasks with 2 classifications, active tasks which means task status is still open, and completed tasks which means task has been approved.

Account

This feature contains menus about account settings. There is also an incoming and outgoing absent menu for each user, and there is an absent list menu that displays a list of all users' attendance.

Task reports can be filtered by task type, status, region, and date and can be downloaded by clicking the print icon on the Task Report page. The report file is presented in excel format to make it easier for users to get details of each task in the report file.
