The Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) makes it very easy for users to record work that is located in several different areas. With this application, users can publish tasks and monitor the progress of the task by simply accessing the application from a computer or mobile phone.
There's no need to worry about the task not being followed up, because every published task will be displayed on the PMS dashboard with an “open” status which means the task has not been followed up, “progress” means the task is being followed up, and “close” means the task has been followed up.

Dashboard
The dashboard presents various data including task data ranging from open to closed and expired tasks, monthly task close percentage data, best regional data, top ten region data for submitting tasks, and top ten region data for expired tasks.
Task
Task displays a list of all tasks accompanied by detailed information on each task and task history from submit to close.
Master Data
The master data presents various data including task type (daily, weekly, monthly, semi annual or annual), task header, program, and some sensor data like measturement, meter read, receiver category, sensor, Transmission and other.

Task reports can be filtered by task type, status, region, and date and can be downloaded by clicking the print icon on the Task Report page. The report file is presented in excel format to make it easier for users to get details of each task in the report file.
